Frequently asked questions

Which course should I start with?

If you are new to bead weaving, begin with our “Peyote Foundations” or “Brick Stitch Basics.” If you’ve completed projects with consistent tension and flat edges, move into “Right Angle Weave Essentials” and “Herringbone Lines.” Advanced students comfortable with RAW should explore “CRAW Frameworks” or “Cellini Spiral Studio.”

What’s the difference between Self-Paced and Live Cohort?

Self-Paced includes lifetime access to video lessons and community forum feedback. Live Cohort adds scheduled office hours, structured milestones, and real-time critique on submitted work.

Do I need specialized tools?

A range of needle sizes (10–12), nylon or Fireline thread, a bead mat, sharp thread snips, and a smooth work surface. Loom courses require a tension-capable loom.

Are materials included?

Materials are not included. We provide curated vendor lists and colorway guides so you can source consistent lots. Many students already have preferred brands and sizes.

How do I receive feedback?

Upload photos or short clips showing specific angles of your work. Mentors annotate with notes on tension, thread path, and finishing. Live Cohorts receive priority turnaround.

Do you issue certificates?

Yes. Upon completing a learning path and passing milestone assessments, you receive a digital certificate from ExactPoint Atelier.

What is your refund policy?

Self-Paced courses: 7-day refund if under 20% progress. Live Cohorts: full refund up to 72 hours before the first session; prorated afterward based on delivered content.

How long do I keep access?

Self-Paced access is lifetime. Live Cohort recordings are available for one year following the cohort’s conclusion.
